Our classes are based on promoting a healthy lifestyle, a balanced sensible eating plan and becoming more active. Get fit and lose weight. Each class consists of a private weigh in, talk (our talks are designed to inform and motivate members)and workout suitable for all. Our exercise sessions are planned not only to burn fat and calories, but also to improve your levels of health and fitness. You may see improvements in blood pressure, cholesterol and joint restrictions, and feel increased energy and well being. We offer Zumba, Latin Fitness, Aerobic sessions & our new fitness concept Kardy-O-Fun, all of which can be tailored to your individual level of fitness.
