Fully qualified and REPS-accredited level 3 Personal Trainer has been delivering Personal Training at clients’ homes for more then 12 years.

Ben gained a 2:1 Degree with Honours studying Sports and Exercise Physiology at the University of Central Lancashire. Ben holds qualifications in Kettlebell and Suspension training

Ben`s expertise is in weight loss, reducing body fat and fitness improvements for beginners up to advanced exercisers. Ben also specialises in sports coaching for adults and young people.

Ben has participated in sport events including the Manchester Marathon. He is an experienced runner, and likes to use his knowledge and experience to help others build up to achieving goals they didn’t think were possible.
