Antony is qualified in level 3 GP Exercise Referral, specialist level 4 Personal Training, and level 5 Life Coaching. As well as fitness training, he will deliver dietary and lifestyle advice. He brings all the equipment you need, and can work around your schedule during the day or evening.

Antony brings his extensive knowledge and qualifications in fitness and nutrition to help you in weight loss, body fat reduction and all-round fitness improvement.

Antony offers one-to-one home personal training and runs fitness classes and bootcamps for sports clubs and other groups. Antony also specialises in sports-specific coaching and training for events.

Antony tends to show how much you can achieve from a simple body weight workout. He delivers his expertise in sessions with a smile on his face and an effective, motivational style.

He has played American Football for the UK, and regular football at conference level. He currently plays for a local league side for which he provides fitness training.
