Since losing 9 stone herself and going on to compete as a fitness model, Chrissy has experiential knowledge backing up her technical skills to know exactly what it takes to get fit, lose weight and keep it off long-term.

Clients find her sessions fun, varied and effective.Chrissy brings all her own equipment, and only needs a small space for you to train. Alternatively, Chrissy can meet you in one of Croydon or Bromley’s local parks.

The Six Week Promise package offers twelve sessions over a six week period. The first and last session will be fitness testing to assess improvement over the six weeks, with ten training sessions in between.
