LC PilateStudio is a purpose built studio for Pilates and other related fitness classes. We firmly believe in the Pilates Method of exercise to develop and maintain fitness as well as for rehabilitation. We work the deep stabilising core muscles by using ALL muscle groups to balance and train the entire body. The instruction is fully grounded in the original exercises developed 100 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates.
