Z stands for ZEAL
Having the zeal for something is having great energy or enthusiasm in pursuit of a course or an objective.
You’re going to need that drive and determination to carry you forward not just in boot camp, but every day life! In the group environment of ZEN Bootcamp you’ll be among fellow campers as well as a support team, who will guide and help you through any obstacles you may face with either your nutrition or with guidance through the exercises.

E stands for EXERCISE
Exercise is a vital part of any programme. Have you ever heard the expression ‘Use it or lose it’?
If you don’t use your body, you will surely lose it. Your muscles will become flabby and weak, Your heart and lungs won’t function efficiently, and your joints will be stiff and easily injured.

Here at ZEN Bootcamp you will be able to push your body at your own pace incorporating full body workouts that will melt the fat away. There will be a combination of boxing, circuits, kettle bells, sprint drills, plyometric exercises, running, and team games to keep you entertained!

N stands for NUTRITION
Nutrition forms the single biggest part of any fitness journey. Without the correct principles and structure, you’re not going to get the results you crave!
When you sign up you will get full access to Z.E.N.S nutrition manual, as well as e-books, recipes, meal plans, 21 day plans, and detox plans which I encourage all ZEN Bootcamp-ers to do, to maximise their results.

S stands for SYSTEM
Without the correct system in place it’s going to be very hard for you to maintain consistency with your workouts and nutrition.
There is no perfect diet, there is no perfect workout. It’s something which is going to be sustainable for you, which you can keep to, and one which you’ll keep wanting to do! We’ll give you the right tools to achieve this.

Accountability is vital for success & being accountable to the trainers as well as fellow ZEN Bootcamp-ers will give you all the help you need.
