9 Personal Training Sessions
Depending on your needs, you’ll receive around two personal training sessions a week with one of our expert coaches.

Measure & Monitor Session
At your initial evaluation session, we’ll find out what you’re made of, to help you measure and monitor your progress.

14 Group Training Sessions per week
An unlimited amount of training sessions each week. We use a wide range of equipment and training methods to build fitness, strength, as well as burn fat and tone up.

Full Movement screening
Your first session is always an hour one-to-one where we assess your movement and flexibility.

Nutritional Coaching
You’ll receive comprehensive nutrition advice to complement your fitness programme and help you reach your goals faster.

Custom Fitness Accountability Check-In
We work to keep you focused. Getting you to commit to your goals and seeing things through to RESULTS.
