My name is Jasper Rook Williams – Personal Trainer at GYMBOX, Covent Garden, specialising in Muscle Gain, Toning and Fat Loss. I provide bespoke Personal Training services in Central London and Online Coaching to clients around the world. I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and how your lifestyle can effect how it changes and adapts. As a naturally slight boy growing up, I was always keen on trying to build muscle, but unguided I spent years making rookie mistakes and getting lost in the conflicting information available. This led me to make what feels like every mistake under the sun until I learnt what was real and was marketing. Now, science-based and methodical, my approach to fitness is dynamic, measurable and most importantly, can guarantee results. I treat my client’s progress as a direct reflection of my training and, as a result, you are my number 1 priority. Fitness doesn’t need to be complicated and like the numerous others I’ve helped in my 9 years in and around the industry, you could be just a carefully constructed plan away from the best shape of your life. There’s no one size fits all approach. All Training Plans are goal specific and all Nutrition Advice considers the foods and meals already on the menu. What works for one might not work for the other, but the principles remain the same.
