This full body Les Mills barbell workout is designed to help participants get toned fast. BodyPump uses light weights and lots of fast light repetition – reaching 800 to 1000 reps in a 55 minute class – to burn calories, shape, and strengthen. Each track uses a combination of squats, presses, lifts, and curls to burn up to 540 calories per session. Like all Les Mills programs, BodyPump is always changing, with new music tracks and routines released every three months.
