These rapid workouts have you moving through intense exercise stations for short periods of time without much rest.  Circuit training might use equipment or bodyweight, and the workouts can focus on specific muscle groups or engage the whole body – you’re able to choose exactly what’s right for your goals. Circuits get you lean and improve bodily endurance using shorter workout bursts, and work well for students looking to use their time at the gym as efficiently as possible.
