Lead by personal trainer Amanda, who states:

Unlike most Personal Trainers, I haven’t been into fitness since leaving the womb. As a kid, I hated sports and always got picked last for the school team. As an adult, I found the gym scary and intimidating. 20+ years and three children later, I love the gym! And I’m convinced I can help you learn to love it too.
