I am a Trainer Specialist BSc(Hons) and soon-to-be certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP – a 4 year programme,) DipION, mBANT, CNHC, using a holistic approach to nutritional therapy and exercise therapy.
My mission is to improve my clients health and general wellbeing through Nutritional Therapy (NT) and physical activities. I work with people of any age. Being healthy in your 20’s doing press ups and pull ups is good. But it is much more impressive if you can do the same thing in your 70’s! This is my main approach – investing in the body to become stronger in daily performance and healthier: physically and mentally.
I am constantly working on my own education to create an innovative, all-natural way of approaching wellbeing. During the last 17 years whilst working as a Personal Trainer and group fitness coach, I have qualified as a Yoga teacher, Anti-Gravity Yoga teacher, Pole Dance instructor, TRX, Barre instructor, Spin instructor and Body Pump instructor. And I can offer various type of training: bodyweight, cardiovascular, weight, and functional.
I was born in Belarus, and at a young age moved to Japan to perform as a ballet dancer. I lived there for 16 years and later worked as a choreographer and performer before moving into the fitness industry. After moving to England and living here for the last 4 years, that is still my profession.
Looking at fitness as a health issue made me go further and get a formal qualification in nutritional therapy. In the future I’m planning to do a Masters in physiotherapy.
