Insanity in

This programme is designed to get you a beach body fast. Insanity, one of the most challenging bodyweight workouts out there right now, might be the programme for you. Shaun T’s workout utilizes what’s called ‘Max Intensity Interval Training,’  pushing you to exert at your limit for a full 3 minutes before getting 30 seconds rest. This programme uses burst exercises in lower-body plyometrics, upper-body strength, cardio, and abs to burn calories and increase your metabolism at record speeds. These classes are not for the faint of heart – but they do promise ‘insane’ results.
