We are excited to announce our brand new post-natal class tailored for our lovely mums, run by our qualified pre and post-natal experts (BSc). Providing a safe environment to exercise comfortably and confidently, while helping mums to become stronger and healthier post birth.

Are you wishing to:

• Improve your pelvic floor control

• Regain neuromuscular function of abdominals

• Improve overall body strength

• Help to reduce aches and pains suffered since birth

• Feel confident and comfortable exercising

Great news babies up to crawling are welcome. We recommend you bring toys and a blanket for the little ones to lay on. Please try to avoid bringing prams. The room will be available after for you to take your time to get ready after the class.
