I first came into the fitness industry in 1992 with a dance background and a general passion for functional movement.
With over 25 years experience I have trained clients as young as 3 years and as old as 96! I have taught in many disciplines of fitness including advanced gym instruction, personal training, exercise to music, nordic walking instructor, kids health & fitness, pre/postnatal, rehabilitation in breast cancer and osteoporosis.
In 2010 I moved towards a more holistic approach to exercise and I now specialise in Pilates and also teach yoga.
All sessions are individually tailored to the client’s experience and expectations. So, if you are just starting out the session will be very specifically focused on teaching and learning the fundamentals of Pilates. If you are more experienced the sessions will be more challenging and targetted towards any personal goals.
Sessions are designed to be taken in blocks and are progressive so that results and benefits are quickly achieved over a set period of time.
I continually train and learn for my own professional development. This means that I can pass on this knowledge when training my clients and stay at the very top of industry standards.
