This is successfully created through a high level holistic approach to long term health and fitness using the unique practices and principles of a C.H.E.K. holistic personal trainer, but why is this important?
To be qualified at this level Alex is required to cover a complete evaluation on every client: Making a complete assessment of clients’ medical history, their strengths, lifestyle, nutrition, stress levels and cardio-vascular health and identifying any deficiencies, limitations or previous incidences of injury. Once muscular, organ, emotional and mental systems are fully assessed, only then will a functional programme be made.
